Once I place an order, when can I expect to receive the stock?
📆 Order Timeline
- Weekly order consolidation by Monday 07:30
- Orders post-consolidation are final
- Collection and delivery typically happens Wednesday–Saturday
How does shipping work?
🚚 Shipping & Pickup
- Options include PUDO, own courier, or direct pickup
- Orders must be placed under the customer’s name for direct shipping
- Separate orders per customer required—no multi-customer notes in one order
- Courier bookings should only be made after DMC confirms readiness
How does drop shipping work?
✅ How It Works:
- Place the order under your customer’s name
When checking out on our website, enter your customer’s name in the shipping details. This flags the order as a direct-to-customer delivery. - We pack it as if it came from you
The parcel will be packed with care and neutrality—no DMC branding, no invoices, no promotional inserts. Your customer receives it as if it came directly from your business. - Use your own courier or book PUDO
You’re welcome to arrange your own courier or book a PUDO locker delivery. Just send us the final delivery details via WhatsApp, and we’ll take care of the handover.
What payment options do you offer?
💳 Payment & Confirmation
- Orders are only confirmed once payment is received
- Payment options include Yoco (card) and EFT
- Proof of payment must be sent via WhatsApp
"What is the product availability?"
📦 Product Availability & Back Orders
- Limited stock per item; alternatives or credits offered if unavailable
- Back orders remain open until fulfilled or cancelled
- Refunds for unavailable items over R200 are processed on Mondays
Is there a product warranty?
🛡️ Warranty on Electronics
All electronic products with a retail selling price of R699 or more are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing faults.
🔧 Warranty Coverage:
- Applies only to qualifying electronics
- Covers defects or faults that occur under normal use within 30 days of purchase
- Does not apply to damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or customer handling
What is your damage & return policy?
🛠️ Product Damage & Return Guidelines
- Definition of Damage
Only manufacturing faults qualify as “damaged.” Damage from customer misuse, neglect, or accidents is excluded and must be resolved between you and your customer.
DMC Wholesale is not liable for customer-related damage.
📦 Upon Receiving Your Stock
- Inspect Immediately
Check that all items are correct and functioning before handing them over to customers. - Report Issues Promptly
Notify our Customer Care team via WhatsApp at 071 525 5803 within 1 working day of collection or delivery. Courier-related damage is excluded. - Return Timeline
Once approved, return the item within 2 working days.
Products must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging. - Resolution Process
After inspection, DMC will advise on the next steps (e.g. replacement, credit). - Processing Day
All credits and refunds are processed on Mondays for claims submitted during the previous week.
