DuMey Creations, trading as DMC Wholesale, is an online retail store offering quality products at competitive, discounted prices.
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all registered DMC Wholesale customers and are considered binding upon registration.
This document provides detailed information on the following topics:

Please note that all products are subject to limited availability. DMC Wholesale will make every reasonable effort to inform you if an item you've ordered is no longer in stock.
In such cases, we will offer one of the following options:
- Alternative product suggestions
- Estimated arrival time for new stock (item placed on back order)
- Credit on your next order (for order values under R200)
- Refund on request (for order values over R200)

If an item is placed on back order, please keep the following in mind:
- You do not need to reorder the item. It will remain open on our system until fulfilled or cancelled.
- The item will be treated as a committed order.
- If you no longer need the product, please cancel immediately via our Customer Care WhatsApp line.
- Once the item is back in stock, it will be shipped with your next order. We do not send back orders separately at our expense.

All credits and refunds are processed on Mondays only. Any requests from the previous week will be attended to the following Monday.

If a product you ordered is temporarily unavailable, don’t worry—our inventory moves quickly, especially for popular and new items. Most products are restocked within 3 to 6 weeks.
We also offer a wide range of alternatives, so you’re sure to find something that suits your needs in the meantime.

All product prices displayed on our websites or featured in customized promotional material are subject to change without prior notice.
Each item's pricing is clearly indicated and communicated on dmcwholesale.co.za. Wholesale prices, recommended retail prices, and profit margins are provided per item on the respective product pages.
All advertising material supplied by us—whether via WhatsApp ads or through iteminfo.co.za—includes recommended retail pricing and can be shared directly with your customers, should you choose to use the tools provided.
All promotions and discount offers are issued at the sole discretion of DMC WHOLESALE and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

DMC Wholesale performs a basic quality check on all electronic products before dispatch.
This includes verifying that the item powers on, charges correctly, performs its core functions, and shows no visible damage.
While every product is inspected prior to shipping, we kindly remind you that it remains your responsibility to double-check functionality before handing stock over to your customers. This ensures a smooth experience for both you and your end users.

Definition of Damage: "Damaged product" refers strictly to manufacturing faults. Damage caused by customer misuse, neglect, or accidents is excluded and must be handled between you and your customers. DMC Wholesale is not liable for customer-related damages.
Upon Receiving Your Stock:
- Check Immediately: Confirm you received the correct items and that all products function as expected before passing stock to your customers.
- Report Issues: If a product is incorrect or damaged (excluding courier damage), notify our Customer Care WhatsApp Line at 071 525 5803 within 1 working days of collection or delivery.
- Return Timeline: Once approved, return the item within 2 working days. Products must be unused, complete, and in original packaging.
- Resolution: After inspection, we’ll advise on the next steps
- Processing Day: All credits/refunds are processed on Mondays for the previous week’s claims.

There is a 30-Day Warranty on electronics with a retail selling value of R699 or more.
- If a qualifying product fails due to a manufacturing fault within 30 days, report it to our Customer Care WhatsApp Line at 071 525 5803.
- Follow the same return and resolution steps as above.

Very important to note:
- DMC Wholesale does not collect returns from you or your customers.
- We do not engage directly with your customers. Ensure your own terms and conditions cover returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
- Once purchased, stock is your property and responsibility—even if your customer cancels.
⚠️ Liability Disclaimer
DMC Wholesale is a third-party reseller and cannot be held liable for injuries or damages caused by product malfunction or misuse.

Available Options:
- Pudo Locker (Self-Booked): Book your own locker and send us the details. We’ll drop the parcel at the specified location.
- Own Courier Collection: Arrange your own courier to collect directly from our premises.
- Local Pickup: Collect your parcels in person once ready.

Please wait for confirmation before booking any courier. We cannot be held responsible for early or incorrect bookings.

To ensure accurate packing:
- Select the correct shipping method at checkout. We pack based on your selection.
- For direct-to-customer deliveries:Enter your customer’s name and address in the shipping details.Place separate orders per customer.
Do not combine multiple customers in one order or leave notes—these will be packed as a single parcel to you.

📦 Dispatch Schedule
- Courier collections: Usually ready on Thursdays, unless otherwise communicated.
- Pudo drops: Typically done on Wednesdays or Thursdays.
- Local pickups: Available from Wednesday/Thursday, or as advised.
⚠️ Important Notes
- You are responsible for selecting the correct shipping method.
- We do not track or trace parcels booked via your own courier or Pudo.
- Insurance via Courier Guy is optional (±2–4% of parcel value).
- DMC Wholesale is not liable for loss or damage caused by third-party couriers.

Available Payment Methods:
1. Yoco Payment Gateway
Pay securely via debit or credit card. You’ll be redirected to a secure Yoco screen—just follow the prompts to complete your payment.
2. Bank EFT / Deposit
Transfer funds directly to our account.
Use your Name + Surname as reference to ensure proper allocation.
Send proof of payment via WhatsApp to 071 525 5803.

⚠️ Usage & Copyright
These materials are provided exclusively to DMC Wholesale customers to promote our products.
They are copyrighted by DMC Wholesale and may not be repurposed for unrelated use.
Misuse will result in invoicing for services rendered, removal from the promotional WhatsApp groups, and a band from our website.

We stock select items, but offer a wide product range—so most orders are consolidated and pre-ordered weekly from our importer.
🗓️ Weekly Order Cut-Off
- Orders are consolidated every Monday at 07:30
- You may place orders anytime, or build your cart and release it on Monday to ensure accuracy
Once consolidated, orders are final and cannot be changed or cancelled.
Products ordered remain your responsibility—even if no longer needed after the cut-off.

After Monday consolidation:
- Orders are sent to our importer for picking, packing, and shipping to us
- Courier collections: Usually ready by Wednesday/Thursday
- Pudo drops: Done on Wednesday/Thursday
- Local pickups: Available Wednesday–Saturday, or as communicated
