🤔 What is a MiniShop?

A MiniShop is your own online store at minissite.co.za (or your own domain), stocked with DMC Wholesale products. Stock, photos and prices update automatically. You set your markup and keep the profit.

Customers browse your shop and check out themselves. They pick a delivery option, get an order number and pay by EFT, by card (your own PayFast) or with your payment link, and can follow their order online. You get an e-mail for every new order, manage it in your Orders Dashboard, and order the products from DMC with one click.

It is your shop: your name, logo, colours, prices and customers. Your customers deal only with you.

Work through the 4 setup steps

Each step takes a couple of minutes (see below). Press Continue and the next step opens at the top. Tap any finished step in the bar at the top to go back to it, and watch the live phone preview on the right.

Check the summary and tap “Publish my MiniShop”

Your shop goes live straight away and you get your shop link. Your 30-day free trial starts now.

Share your link and start selling

Use the Share & grow page in your dashboard, or post your link on WhatsApp Status, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

📝 The 4 setup steps explained

1🏪 Your shopNEW LOOKYour brand: shop name and logo. The name becomes your shop link and can't be changed later, so choose carefully. WhatsApp: your number (saved as 27…) and your group link, if you have one. Colours: header, button and background colours with a live preview.
2💰 Prices & paymentYour profit (markup): your % on top of DMC prices – up to 150% with the slider. Check this number carefully. Payment details: your banking details for EFT, plus an optional payment link (we fill in the amount and order number) and/or your own PayFast account so customers can pay by card – those orders are marked paid automatically.
3🚚 Delivery & productsDelivery: switch on Pudo locker-to-locker, locker-to-kiosk, locker-to-door or pickup and set what customers pay for each. Optional: show your weekly order cut-off and when orders are expected. Products: sell all collections, choose your collections, or just a few products (up to 20). Tick or untick Deal of the Week.
4🚀 Website & publishHomepage: your big banner (picture, title, text and button) plus an optional announcement bar. About, Terms & Contact: we fill in a template for you to make your own; add up to 3 real customer reviews, contact e-mail, hours and social links. Address & finish: use the free MiniShop link or connect your own domain, check the summary and publish.

🛒 How an order works

1. Customer checks outPicks delivery, enters their details and gets an order number. They pay by EFT, by card or with your payment link.

2. You get an e-mail“New MiniShop order”, sent to your login e-mail or the e-mail you choose in Settings.

3. Mark it paidWhen the EFT is in, mark the order paid in your dashboard. Card payments through your PayFast are marked paid automatically.

4. Order from DMCOne click puts the products in your DMC cart with your customer’s details. Choose the DMC shipping option and how you pay on the next page.

5. Update the statusMark it shipped (add the tracking number) and delivered. Your customer can follow every step online.
💡 From any order you can message your customer on WhatsApp with a ready-made text for each status, and copy their tracking link.

How to subscribe: log in and open the MiniShop Creator or your Orders Dashboard. The banner at the top shows how many trial days are left. Tap R29/month or R290/year and pay safely by card on PayFast. You never lose trial days by subscribing early.

Reminders: we e-mail you 7, 3 and 1 day(s) before your trial or subscription ends.

If payment stops: you get 7 extra days. After that the shop is paused and customers see “taking a short break”. Nothing is lost: pay, and it's back online immediately.

❓ FAQs

How much does a MiniShop cost?

The first 30 days are free. After that it's R29/month or R290/year. The fee covers the basic running and admin costs of the platform.

When does my free period end?

Existing MiniShops are free until 8 November 2026. New MiniShops get 30 days from the day they're created. The banner on your dashboard always shows how many days are left.

How do I pay?

By card through PayFast, from the banner on your Orders Dashboard or the MiniShop Creator page. It renews automatically. Can't pay by card? Contact DMC Wholesale and we'll help with EFT.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time. Your shop stays online until the end of the period you've paid for.

What if I don't pay?

You get 7 days' grace, then the shop is paused. All your settings are kept, so subscribing switches it straight back on.

I have more than one MiniShop. Does each one get a trial?

The free trial is once per reseller. Each extra MiniShop needs its own subscription.

Where do I see my orders?

On the Orders page of your Orders Dashboard. New orders are also e-mailed to you.

Where can I see how many people visit my shop?

Open the Stats page in your dashboard. It shows views, visitors and shares for the last 7, 30 or 90 days, your most viewed products, and how many visitors add to cart, open checkout and order.

How do I know where my visitors come from?

Share your link from the Share & grow page. Each button adds a small tag to the link (for WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or your QR code), so your stats can show which one brings the most visitors. Visitors coming from apps are also recognised automatically.

What is my personal address?

Besides your normal link, your shop also has a short address like yourshop.minissite.co.za. It is easy to remember, and WhatsApp and Facebook show your logo and shop name when you share it. If you connect your own domain, that becomes your main address.

My link preview on Facebook shows an old logo or name

After you change your logo or name, open Share & grow in your dashboard and tap Refresh Facebook preview. WhatsApp updates by itself within a few days.

Can I change my shop name?

The name is your shop link, so it can't be changed after creation. Everything else can be updated any time.

Can my customers pay by card?

Yes. In the Prices & payment step, add your own PayFast details (free to sign up at payfast.io) and/or a payment link from Yoco, SnapScan, Ozow or your bank. The money goes straight to you, and card payments through PayFast mark the order paid automatically.

What is “Just a few products”?

If you only sell a handful of items, choose up to 20 products in the Delivery & products step. Your homepage then shows just those products with big pictures, prices and descriptions instead of collections.

Can I hide the Deal of the Week?

Yes. Untick “Show DMC’s Deal of the Week” in the Delivery & products step.

What is the highest markup I can set?

150% with the slider. Your customers see the final price only.

Do my customers see DMC Wholesale?

No. Your shop, links and customer e-mails show your shop name. Your customers deal only with you, and DMC does not contact them.

How do I order my customer’s products from DMC?

Open the order in your dashboard and tap “Order from DMC”. The products go into your DMC cart and your customer’s details are filled in at checkout. On the next page you choose the DMC shipping option and how you pay.

Can I close my shop for a while?

Yes. Close it from the Subscription page in your dashboard and reopen it any time. All your settings are kept.

Can customers still WhatsApp me?

Yes. Your WhatsApp button, group link and share buttons are all still there.
