We tried making ordering even simpler than before, while giving you that true online shopping feeling. Below are some steps to follow when placing an order:
- Make sure you are signed into your account. If you are not signed in yet, do so before trying to place order...so that your discounts can automatically apply.
- You can the start adding the relevant product to your CART. You can easily search product by using the top search bar, that is clearly visible on every page.
- You can change the quantities on the product you need and add the relevant product to you Cart, by pressing "add to cart".
- On the Cart screen you can review the order you placed and adjust quantities and remove product if needed.
- Also on the Cart screen, you will see that your discount was automatically deduct. Your normal discount, as well as all other DMC discount breaks, will be included in this "automated deduction"
- You can leave relevant notes on the Cart screen.
- When you are satisfied with your order as placed in your Cart, you can proceed to the Check Out screen. Note that you will first have to check the "agree with the terms and conditions" box before you will be allowed to view the Check Out screen.
- Make sure you insert the correct shipping detail and that you select the correct shipping method.
- Proceed to the payment screen and select the correct payment method. It is very important that you pay according to the payment method you select!
