Terms of Agreement:
- 🕒 Please allow up to 2 working days for setup after payment is received.
- 📲 You will be contacted via WhatsApp to provide all necessary setup details.
- ✅ Your selected term begins only after setup is complete and verified via WhatsApp.
- 🔔 A payment reminder with a renewal link will be sent one week before your term ends.
- 🚫 If payment is not made in time, your minishop will be suspended until payment is received.
- 📅 Monthly plans can be cancelled with 2 weeks’ notice before the next payment is due.
- 📦 Longer-term plans (3 months) are non-refundable once setup is confirmed and term begins.
- 🛠️ You may request adjustments to your minishop. If feasible, allow 3–5 working days for changes.
- ⚠️ Misuse of the minishop or its connected services may result in suspension of all services.
- 📦 Only products supplied by dmcwholesale.co.za will be displayed on all minishops. This ensures consistent quality, reliable stock updates, and full support across all reseller platforms.
- 💬 All communication will be via WhatsApp unless otherwise arranged.
