Product Availability and Discounts:
Discount coupons and % discount promotions are offered at the discretion of DuMey Creations and may be revoked or changed at any time.
There are limited stock of all goods on offer. DuMey Creations will make all reasonable efforts to notify you when a product is no longer available once ordered. In these cases, DuMey Creations will provide you with
- alternative product options,
- or a full refund within 7 days.
Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 5% refund administration fee.
Return and Refunds:
If you are not content with your purchase, a return within 7 days of receipt for credit on this site is possible. Items should however, be returned in their original product packaging and the return postage cost will be on the Customers account.
If the product supplied is the wrong product, or if the product is in any way received damaged, we will exchange it and cover the replacements postage. If for any reason a replacement is not possible, we will provide you with credit on this site.
Please note that DuMey Creations is a third party reseller of goods and cannot by directly held accountable for any injuries or damages a product may cause, due to product malfunctions or through the wrong- / miss-use on the customers side.
Delivery Information:
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
Shipping cost may be updated at any time with or without prior notice.
The relevant tracking number will be supplied when the product is collected by the courier. Product will be delivered door-to-door, or as otherwise stipulated.

It is the customer’s responsibility to choose the correct shipping method and to make sure that the delivery address is correct.
The Customer must make sure that there will be someone at the given address to receive and sign for the product during working hours.
Payments and Payment Options:
- Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.
- Payment may also be made with Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
Card Payment:
- Card transactions will be acquired for DuMey Creations via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
- Customer details will be stored by DuMey Creations separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
- The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
EFT:
- Paying by bank deposit or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
- Please use your names and surname as your reference to ensure that we allocate the payment to your order.
