Product warranty

If an item is incorrect or damaged (excluding courier or customer-related damage), our warranty is:

Item value equal to, or less than R499: Report and return within 7 days in original packaging.
Value great R500: Report and return within 30 days in original packaging.

Returns are not collected by us; items must be returned directly to us in original packaging and sellable condition. Neglected products or packaging won’t be accepted.

Replacements, if available, will be included in your next order. Otherwise, a credit will be issued. Shipping costs for replacements are your responsibility.

Customer cancellations or wrongfully ordered item are your responsibility. Once purchased, stock belongs to you.

Product Description:

Available design will be supplied. There’s an opening in the back of the bag with a waterproof pocket. You can easily put things in the bottom of the bag. Wet cloth or diapers can be put in the waterproof pocket separated from dry cloths and diapers.

Fish-mouth design top opening can offer you a large view and makes the big space easily accessible . It’s convenient to put or take out things like clothes and milk boxes. The top zipper opening has metal support inside which makes the bag ‘no collapse’ zipper.
