When the helicopter battery is low, the helicopter indicator lights will start flashing. Please return your helicopter to a safe location and land it when you see this warning sign-on.
The helicopter will lose its altitude and land gradually after its low voltage battery protection is activated.
When the helicopter is flying, yet the propellers collide with any objects or jammed, then its overprotection will be activated.

Although we keep stock of certain items, we promote a huge range of product. For that reason, we need to pre-order stock as needed from our supplier. In order to do this as sufficient possible, we consolidate weekly orders by a Monday, 20:00.

There is a limited warranty on all items. This warranty relates to manufacturing faults only. Damages due to accidental- or customer- neglect do not apply. The following relates:
- Product with a purchase price less than R500, has a 7 day warranty
- Product with a purchase price of R500 or more, has a 30 day warranty

If the product supplied is the wrong product, or if the product is in any way received damaged, you have 7 days to submit the issue to DMC. You can do so,
