Although we keep stock of certain items, we promote a huge range of product. For that reason, we need to pre-order stock as needed from our supplier. In order to do this as sufficient possible, we consolidate weekly orders by a Monday, 20:00.
Product warranty
Product warranty
There is a limited warranty on all items. This warranty relates to manufacturing faults only. Damages due to accidental- or customer- neglect do not apply. The following relates:
- Product with a purchase price less than R500, has a 7 day warranty
- Product with a purchase price of R500 or more, has a 30 day warranty

If the product supplied is the wrong product, or if the product is in any way received damaged, you have 7 days to submit the issue to DMC. You can do so,
