URGENT REMINDER!

Please note that available colors will be supplied for all items we sell, except in the following cases:

• Specific color options on certain items are specified on the website (e.g., white, etc.)
• Gender-based color preferences are specified on the website (e.g., him, her, etc.)

You are welcome to leave a note in the CART when placing your order regarding color preferences or alternative color options.

We will do our best to supply the requested color, but we cannot always guarantee that you will receive the exact color requested.

We will not accept cancellations or returns due to product colors.

We inspect all stock upon arrival, but it’s your responsibility to verify your order and ensure items function properly before passing them to customers.

If an item is incorrect or damaged (excluding courier or customer-related damage), our warranty is:

• Item value equal to, or less than R499: Report and return within 7 days in original packaging.
• Value great R500: Report and return within 30 days in original packaging.

Returns are not collected by us; items must be returned directly to us in original packaging and sellable condition. Neglected products or packaging won’t be accepted.

Replacements, if available, will be included in your next order. Otherwise, a credit will be issued. Shipping costs for replacements are your responsibility.

Customer cancellations or wrongfully ordered item are your responsibility. Once purchased, stock belongs to you.

As a third-party reseller, we are not liable for injuries or damages from product malfunctions or misuse.
