This hand warmer can warm your hands in the cold winter and is very suitable for people who go to school or work to carry with them. When the electromagnetic power is insufficient, it is difficult for the hand warmer to generate heat. Please charge in time.
Charging time must not exceed six hours

There is a limited warranty on all items. This warranty relates to manufacturing faults only. Damages due to accidental- or customer- neglect do not apply. The following relates:
- Product with a purchase price less than R500, has a 7 day warranty
- Product with a purchase price of R500 or more, has a 30 day warranty

If the product supplied is the wrong product, or if the product is in any way received damaged, you have 7 days to submit the issue to DMC. You can do so,
