We cooling ring for the neck using a material "PCM" that has the property of maintaining the temperature for a long time at about 15 °C / 59℉.
Before use, you need to put the cooling neck ring in the refrigerator or freezer, freeze for 10-20 minutes, you can enjoy 40-90 minutes of ice cooling.
The cooling neck ring repeatedly freezes and melts by itself by absorbing and releasing heat. Through this cycle, the wearer can feel the coolness.
The cooling neck ring can be reused. If the state of the neckband becomes liquid, put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, the neckband quickly becomes solid, which means you can use it again.

There is a limited warranty on all items. This warranty relates to manufacturing faults only. Damages due to accidental- or customer- neglect do not apply. The following relates:
- Product with a purchase price less than R500, has a 7 day warranty
- Product with a purchase price of R500 or more, has a 30 day warranty
